Most of the elderly doesn't want to exercise that much now partly because they get very tired easily and also because of their aching body. This might also be the cause of the many illnesses they have. Therefore, I think that we could have some activities once in a while to let the elderly have some exercises so that the elderly would be more fit and they might also make some friends during the activities.
